My Thoughts on BYU’s Independence

So it’s official now: BYU is leaving the Mountain West and becoming independent in football, joining the West Coast Conference in most other sports. I’ve read a lot of analysis about this, and I’ve thought a fair bit, and I have to say that overall, I’m very happy with the decision. New Spice: BYU’s Library Spot

The Old Spice towel guy seems to be all the rage these days, and BYU’s library has jumped on the bandwagon. Now, for those of you who don’t know, I used to work at the Harold B Lee Library–BYU’s library.
