Ahojte všetci! Not much time this week, so just a quick update on things –  – 17 people at church this week (!) – getting fed very well by the members here – the blanket continues to grow – two baptismal interviews in Žilina (!!!) – random Blava pday since our district abandoned us (+ cool city pictures ) Things are well here, just very very busy But we are doing good and our friends are all well, plus things have really started picking up lately. Still anticipating fall here and I love seeing the leaves start to fall. Also

Ahojte všetci! It’s actually been a pretty crazy week out here, or at least I hope you all agree. Last week also was but this one was too.  Tuesday was a very normal Tuesday. I know I said the week was crazy but I’m getting around to it. I actually don’t really have much to say whatsoever about Tuesday.  Wendesday we managed to get back into contact with someone we were teaching! We had a nice lesson with her and she’s doing well, just life got a little crazy. We also had good ol English class, this time we were

Ahojte všetci! I missed a week but I’m back. I’ll just get right into it: Tuesday we had a pretty average day, but Magic night was in a neighboring town called Košeca which was interesting to see. Nothing standout from Tuesday though so Wednesday was also pretty average, English class we had to explain its/it’s and some other complex things, the more I teach it the more I understand how wacky of a language it is. Like more than half the time things aren’t pronounced as they’re spelled at all, and I’m glad I just kinda know how it works. 

Ahojte vsetci! It’s me again. Another wonderful week in Trenčín! And another one that feels like we did simultaneously everything and not that much. I’ll get into it: Tuesday we FINALLY got a working washing machine!! It took forever to show up but it works and we have clean clothing now. We had to wait most of the day which was fairly frustrating and then there was miscommunication between us and the delivery company so we had to take the old one out and down the stairs by ourselves. We did it but also I accidentally forgot the keys inside

Ahojte všetci! Back again for another week, another email. Not really a ton happened this week but we will see what I have to write.  Tuesday we did some cool service at a local place that we help out every now and then, but we ended up getting totally soaked because it was spouting rain so they kept us inside once we came back in. We ended up just watering a lot of the inside plants but we also got a matching set of glasses for the apartment which was a pretty cool bonus. They’re some kind of beer brand
