This week was a much sparser week. It’s been interesting to see how this ebbs and flows from week to week. I’m not sure where all my time went for the week, but it definitely didn’t go to watching TV and movies. I finished the second season of Squid Game, though it’s duplicitous to call it a season, really. The next season comes out June 27th, and this one was more like half of a complete season. That was frustrating, though I found it riveting to watch. A very well done show.
Ah! I just remembered that we also watched the 50th anniversary of SNL show, which we all really liked. It was fun to revisit all those episodes, and very hard to believe it’s been on TV for so long.
Other than that? I played a game of Splendor with the family. It’s a family favorite. Straightforward, with simple rules and enough complexity to keep it engrossing.
And . . . that was my week. I’ve started reading the Discworld series by Terry Pratchett, but I have yet to finish a book in it. How about you? Seen anything good lately?
