Hi all–
I’m teaching a class on Tuesday all about survey creation using Google Forms and/or Survey Monkey. In preparation for the class, I’ve made a survey that’s as bad as possible–using as many awful, poorly formed and intrusive questions as I could think of. I want my students to be able to look at it, so I’m going to post it to my blog. Please don’t take it, and please don’t think I actually want to know any of this. Thank you very much–you may now resume your Saturday festivities.
